Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel your Campaign Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page or through the Stripe customer portal.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You retain full access to all paid features until the period ends.
• After cancellation, your workspace reverts to the free tier.
• No data is deleted — your campaigns, art, characters, and journals remain intact.
• You can resubscribe at any time to restore paid features.

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy with the service, contact us within 14 days of your charge and we'll work it out.

How to Cancel

1. Go to the Billing page.
2. Click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe portal.
3. Select "Cancel plan" and confirm.

If you have trouble cancelling, email support@rpgsage.ai and we'll handle it immediately.
