Refund & Returns Policy

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

All merchandise sold through RPG Sage Art is custom-printed on demand by our curated production partners. Because each item is individually produced with your unique campaign art, we cannot accept returns on items that were produced correctly. However, we absolutely stand behind our products — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it or issue a full refund.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will provide a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

• Defective product: The item has a manufacturing defect (printing errors, color issues, material flaws)
• Damaged in shipping: The item arrived damaged or in unusable condition
• Wrong item: You received a different item than what you ordered
• Lost in transit: The item was never delivered and tracking confirms it was lost

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us at support@rpgsage.ai within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and a description of the issue
3. For defective or damaged items, include photos of the issue
4. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. If we offer a replacement instead of a refund, the new item will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Because orders are sent to production immediately after payment, cancellations are only possible within a very short window. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@rpgsage.ai. We will do our best to cancel before production begins, but cannot guarantee cancellation.
